Starting Imaginative Badger Consulting has given me the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients (see my portfolio) in support of their learning, writing, and expansion needs. Faculty Member, Regis University Fall 2011-Spring 2016
Served as faculty member of the English Department teaching a 2/2 load, as well as directing the First Year
Writing Program. As faculty member I developed the Writing Concentration degree, and taught first year writing, courses in business and technical writing, multimedia writing, and environmental rhetoric. In my role as WPA I organized faculty, provided training and pedagogical goals, as well as directing 4 full class events per fall semester.

Taught undergraduate level courses in business writing, technical writing, and a variety of first year courses specializing in working with science and technology students.

During my time working at the Purdue writing lab I participated in a variety of trainings, presented workshops to my peers and across the university, as well as serving on regional committees as a graduate student representative.

Stepping in for a member that was temporarily not available I helped to organize events, facilitate new online processes for entering annual art show, participating in strategic planning and grant planning.

In my role on the board I volunteered, helped direct the organization, participated in fundraising, and in the summer of 2014 became acting financial officer of the organization, transferring our books to a cloud based format.
Founding Member of Living Graphic Novel, Tippecanoe County, In Spring 2010
The Living Graphic Novel (LGN) is a collaborative art action by three organizations: Words on the Go, Purdue Art Galleries, and Civic Theatre of Greater Lafayette. These organizations worked with small groups of individuals, from students in 3rd grade through adults, to write, act, and artistically design physical graphic novels. Executive Director of Words on the Go, Tippecanoe County, In 2008- 2011 Words on the Go is a not for profit organization developed to combine local poetry and art on public transportation in Tippecanoe, In. After serving on the board of directors for one year I was elected to head the organization. During my time as Executive director I raised funds, continued to publish, and extended the board of directors.
Volunteer in Service to America (VISTA) Scholarship, Fort Collins, Co 2002-2003
Serving as a VISTA requires a one year commitment to a community site in America. For my volunteer year I worked for a not for profit organization, FirstCall, in Fort Collins, Co. I developed service learning curriculum, made community contacts, and organized a yearly youth conference.
